Hello, my name is Dawn Hopkins.  Due to my love of sewing, quilting and embroidering, I would like to share with you my enthusiasm and some of my accomplishments from years past. 

For many years, I was busy raising a family and could not pursue my dreams of owning a fabric shop.  Now that my children are grown, married and have children or animals of their own; I can turn my attention to my dream. 

I love and adore my family; husband, children, grand-children and dogs.  I made for each of my children and grand-children a quilt.  The grand-children received their quilts at birth.  The children were not that fortunate.  I didn't start quilting seriously until about thirty years ago.

My Grandmother and Mother taught me to sew and quilt when I was very young, probably age six.  So the love of sewing has always been in my heart.

I will add some of my family photos and quilts made for them at a later date.
